Yes, unused hours can roll over to the next month, with limits based on your DevPod tier:

• Starter Pod: Up to 10 hours rollover
• Delivery Pod: Up to 25 hours rollover

Rollover hours expire if not used within the following month (except for Priority Pod). This ensures you get maximum value from your investment while maintaining predictable capacity planning.

Yes, you can adjust your DevPod tier based on your needs:

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Provide at least 14 days notice before your renewal date.

If you exceed your monthly allocation, you have two options:

• Overage Hours: Additional hours are billed at your DevPod's hourly rate (Starter: $100/hr, Delivery: $80/hr, Priority: $75/hr)
• Temporary Upgrade: For larger projects, we can temporarily upgrade your DevPod for the duration of the project

We'll always notify you before you exceed your allocation and discuss the best approach for your situation.

Our billing is straightforward and transparent:

• DevPods: Billed monthly in advance on your subscription date
• Project Work: Typically structured as 50% upfront, 50% on delivery (negotiable for larger projects)
• Overage Hours: Billed at the end of each month

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Our refund policies differ based on the service type:

• SaaS Products (CharterVote, TikkBay): Full refund minus platform service fees, processed within 7 working days
• Development Services: Full refund minus third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses), processed within 10 working days. Requires agreement not to use any delivered code.
