How we work

A clear path, from first brief to release.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined process, with senior review and a strict quality gate at each stage. You always know where the work stands.

The process

/ Five stages
/ 01

Intake

Understanding the brief

Every engagement begins with a structured intake. You share your requirements, design files, and technical context, and we make sure the brief is fully understood before anything is scoped.

/ 02

Estimate

Scope and approval

We scope the work and return a detailed estimate, usually within a day: a breakdown by task, the risks we see, and any clarifying questions. You approve the scope before we begin.

/ 03

Build

Development and review

Development runs with regular progress updates. Every change passes internal peer review before it reaches you, and we deploy to a staging environment for your review with clear notes on what changed.

/ 04

Quality gate

Tested before you see it

Every deliverable passes our quality gate: code review, cross-browser and mobile testing, performance benchmarks, accessibility checks, and security scans. Nothing ships until it passes.

/ 05

Release

Deploy and monitor

Once approved, we deploy to production with a documented rollback plan. You receive release notes, and we monitor for any issues after launch, with support on hand for questions.

The quality gate

/ Every build
/ 01

Code review

Every change is read and reviewed by a second engineer before it moves forward.

/ 02

Cross-device testing

Verified across browsers and screen sizes so the experience holds everywhere.

/ 03

Performance

Measured against clear benchmarks, because speed is part of the quality.

/ 04

Accessibility

Checked so the work is usable by as many people as possible.

/ 05

Security

Scanned for common vulnerabilities before anything reaches production.

/ 06

Documentation

Handed over with clear notes, so the work is easy to run and to build on.
